The other reviews are on point: The awful smell, constant crowds of smokers outside the door, bad service, and to top it off, they can't get the drinks right. The other day, the barista made my drink wrong once, then re-made it worse. This is not a good Starbucks.

This is the only Starbucks that truly makes custom drinks perfectly and constantly. As someone who enjoys quality teas and coffee, in addition to great customer service, this location provides all of that and more. The baristas make it a point to remember your name and what you order. They make excellent recommendations and make sure you are satisfied with what you want. Bre makes some delicious tea concoctions, Ernie makes a mean coffee, Kevin makes a viscous Flat White, Olivia makes very tasty lemonade mixes, Jose makes perfect iced coffees, and Kay, the manager, is a delight -- making sure everything with your order is perfect (she too brews some exceptional beverages!).

The scent has gotten a bit better. Also one time I visited, the barista gave me a coffee on the house. That was nice.

wow. this place has major mildew problems. i had plenty of time in line to take a trip down memory lane. smelled exactly like my friend's damp basement growing up. while our friendship was a fond memory, i can't say the smell added anything positive. not sure if their AC went out at some point or what, but it can't be healthy for the employees that work there on a daily basis. black mold? maybe. perhaps this is the reason that the staff moved like turtles. oh wait no, that was the 3 frappucinos in front of me and the seriously complicated decaf, full fat milk, latte drink that ended in "wet" ordered by the 1/2 plastic yoga pants 2 people ahead.

Plenty of customers are sitting outside in the front smoking cigars or cigarettes. As you walk in, there are two registers, and you have to be assertive because sometimes the orders are not taken in order. It seemed like a super slow experience today, and impatient customers probably made the employees even more frazzled with their demands. The baristas did not seem that aware of free tea refills with gold cards that most people were getting, but the drinks tasted great.

Wow I'm sadly not alone in my experience. Stopped in on a sunday night with 4 family members. I ordered an iced tea which should have been ready first, but nope. All 4 hot drinks were ready first and my iced tea took almost 15 minutes. No joke. Long enough for me to take 2 work calls, a few text messages and emails! I treated my family members because they had been spoiling me all weekend. What a great experience, holding them up waiting for iced tea! Seriously get your act together! Just go next door to Rocco's and order an iced tea they can probably make guac faster than starbucks can make a latte!

This is my favorite Starbucks! If you are planning on staying a while and are working on a project/paper this is the perfect spot! Unlike the Starbucks in Cityplace, this location is laid back and more quiet. The only drawback is that parking can get expensive.
